BTSA Induction: Participating Teachers

SIATech’s Beginning Support and Assessment (BTSA) Induction program allows participant teachers to engage in a formal professional growth program for two years. Participating teachers experience professional growth through workshops, formative assessment activities, and weekly collaboration with each other and their support providers.

SIATech is especially proud to provide avenues for support and assistance for SIATech teachers new to the profession. Matt Linton, SIATech’s San Jose English teacher, is participating in SIATech’s Induction Program for his second and final year. “This has been an invaluable experience. I have really grown a lot as an individual and educator through the Induction program.”
